Reading Olympics

LIS and Capitol have recently finished up their Reading Olympics that was in coincided with the Winter Olympics. The librarians challenged students to read books and complete quizzes to earn the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals as well as other treats in the library! There were 105 Gold Medalists, 52 Silver Medalists, and 102 Bronze Medalists between the two schools! That is a lot of extra over-the-top reading and we know that it will make a difference in the end! We are so thankful for all of our LISD librarians that motivate students to read more!
